All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

Here at 4TP we pride ourself on a fast and effective service, all items are sent Royal Mail next day delivery, signed for which we aim to get to you the very next day (Monday-Friday).

Next day delivery must be made before 4pm in order to receive your order the next working day from when payment has been collected, any order placed after this time will be sent the next working day. Should there be a unlikely event that you miss your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card advising you to go to your local depot to collect your parcel.

International shipping is also available for customers overseas. Royal Mail international service will be the carrier for all worldwide deliveries.

Delivery fee’s

All transaction within EU will be charged a fee of 1.4% + 20p and all transactions outside of EU will be charged 2.9% + 20p these charges will be automatically calculated and added at checkout with the shipping cost’s. These are fee’s which us as a company cannot avoid and are from a third party. We hope you understand.

Return’s

All returns are accepted 14 days from receiving your item, in the unfortunate circumstance that you would like to return your item it must be unworn and complete with all the original tags, for any reason that the item isn’t in it original form will result in the return not being processed.

All returns must be paid by the customer/recipient and all returns are completely liable with the buyer until they are reported back to us. We recommend tracking your parcel to avoid lost cargo and evidence that the item was shipped. We advise packaging all items securely to avoid damage in transit and avoid not receiving a refund.

All items returned back successfully will be credited to the original tender/payment method in which was paid. This is usually processed within 14 days.
